ARTURO VARGAS
Arturo excels in developing architecture and construction projects, actively assisting clients and teams in turning concepts into reality. He graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education with a degree in Civil Engineering. Arturo has experience in international standards.
TOM FORD
Tom is the liaison between our clients and the design and construction process. A construction management degree from Fresno State served as his basis for a 35+ year career in California building high-end residential, hospitality, multi-family and commercial projects in Califonia. He brings that experience to ASD to ensure design, quality and delivery are met to the expectations of our clients.
ILSE VARGAS
A creative mind in the development of architectural projects, specializing in translating clients’ ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, consistently reflecting the distinctive style of our studio. Proficient in interior design and crafting bespoke furniture, Ilse obtained her degree in Interior Architecture from UDLAP and furthered her expertise with a postgraduate degree in Furniture Design for Habitat from ELISAVA Barcelona.
EMIR ABUD
Creative professional specialized in generating innovative ideas and bringing concepts to life, fostering creative excellence in every project. His focus is directed towards the development of functional and aesthetic solutions. With a solid trajectory in the field of Industrial Design at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
DANIEL RAMÍREZ
Responsible for ensuring the effective execution and supervision of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and technical precision in each endeavor. He is a Civil Engineer and Architect, specialized in structures with professional training from the Superior School of Engineering and Architecture (ESIA) at the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN).

LA FORTUNA
RESIDENCE / 430 M2 / 2021
Creating a connection with nature is the main objective of La Fortuna, in order to blend in with the environment that surrounds it.
Therefore, the house was designed and distributed to take advantage of natural resources; such as cross ventilation and natural lighting.
Natural stones, wood, splinted concrete and reed were an essential part of this project, since in addition to providing design and color to the residence, they generate thermal comfort to it.

The essence of a Hacienda, our architectural project seamlessly integrates modern amenities to offer a contemporary California-style lifestyle. The facade, adorned with natural stone, exudes an air of luxury and style, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall architectural design. The project harmoniously blends with its surrounding environment, creating a perfect synergy between nature and modern living.

The design of «Casa Tecum» embraces simple elegance and functionality. Expansive windows will allow abundant natural light to enter and provide panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding landscapes. Terraces and outdoor areas are integrated to foster a connection with nature. The goal is to merge the beauty of Cabo del Este with architecture that respects and reflects the richness of its surroundings, offering a home that is aesthetically appealing, functional, and deeply connected to the surrounding nature.
